The office manger Judy S. was very helpful, responsive and supportive of the window project on our new build. When there was cracked glass of our kitchen window earlier this year and the recent trouble of opening a noisy bedroom window on our upper floor, the owner Jeff was also very accommodating and responsible to replace the cracked glass and to find way to fix the noisy window without additional charge to is. Charles Cheng at CSKY was fantastic! He responded incredibly fast, provided thorough and professional service, and handled everything in a very reliable and proper way.
Due to a family situation, I had to cancel later on, but they still refunded my full deposit without deducting any fees, even though Charles had already spent hours driving to complete the assessment.
Such an outstanding and trustworthy company – highly recommended!

I'm super satisfy with C-Sky windows, and I will not hesitate to chose them again for my future project. This is my second time using them, although a mistake made on the measurement, and a deficiency on a glass, they take care of all these for me without hesitation.
