I am so happy my building chose this company for our polyB repipe. Before the project started I was in a worry spiral thinking of all the things that could go wrong but all of their technicians did a wonderful job and were so friendly. It is an invasive project and not comfortable but Brighter Mechanical made it so much easier. Great work, very very pleased!

Our Strata recieved a quote for repiping the copper pipes from Bryn specifically - and that is what I am wanting to speak to. He was incredibly helpful to us, going back and forth to try to come up with better financial solutions, pricing options out, giving us information and holding an info session for the residents. Ultimately the vote was voted for another company in democratic fashion but I wanted to leave a review noting that Bryn does his best by giving you all what you need for making this decision and I've heard nothing but great things from other buildings who've had Brighter come in for their repipe. Brighter Mechanical recently completed a complex re-piping project in the condo complex where I am currently a resident. I can't speak highly enough for the quality of the work they performed throughout the job.
