We wanted to install a smart lock in my condo, but my entrance door had some unusual and old security hardware that was super hard to remove. We first hired a Task Rabbit but he couldn't get the job done, given the complexity to remove the old door hardware (we still had to pay him, so it was just a waste of money). So we contacted many locksmiths in our area and quoted with them all. Better Lock had the best price and was the only one confident that they would be able to get the job done (some locksmiths even said it wasn't possible). They came in the next day and voilà: problem solved! Now I know where to go to for locksmith services.

Amazing service friendly staff. Ricky was the one assisting me on my service call and did a wonderful job helping out and executed everything in a timely manner. It was a bit pricey, my service call still costs the same even though I was just across the street from their location but I understand that might be the protocol. Would’ve just appreciate the fee to be proportionate to how far they have to travel. Still very amazing if I could leave 4.5 stars I would.

My husband went to see Justin to make duplicate keys for our Smart car. Three blanks were used and cut manually from his machine. Unfortunately, the blanks that were used were no good so they didn’t work at all but Justin offered to use his computer program to cut another 2 blanks free of charge. So my husband went back the next day. After the keys were cut, they still didn’t quite work properly. So Justin did some tweaking right away and the keys finally worked. My husband couldn’t be happier. Justin’s customer service is top notch. We highly recommend Better Lock Group. Keep up the good work Justin!
