I have been there many times. I have always been happy with my hair, my niece's hair laser treatment, and my nails. Theresa is what she is. A very professional and kind-hearted woman who always stands behind her work. If you are not happy with the results, she always tries to fix it to make you a happy customer. She is not a fake sweetie pie like many in the industry, she just asks you what you want and tells you how much it is going to cost. She is forward, which many have identified as rude in their comments, but is so far from the truth. She is a well-seasoned hairdresser who delivers even if it takes her time. It is a hairdresser shop full of new aspiring hairdressers under her direction, and I may say tough direction, but she loves them all. She is honest, hard-working, and addictive to the clients who know her and her professional work. She listens, she asks, and does her very best. Just listen to her, she knows best. Love Apex
