I had a dress altered.- more expensive than other places I've been to. I decided to pay them expecting quality work. Unfortunately, this was not the case.- the sewing part was okay, but measurements were not done right. I asked for the bottom of the dress to be at a certain length and she said if I allow her to cut the outer layer to match the length of the inner layer, then bottom will be at that length I requested. So I said if you are sure, then go ahead. When I picked up my dress I tried it on with the same shoe, it was over an inch longer than what I asked for. I advised that the length is not what we agreed on. She said yes it is, and said it was my leg length....read full review

Excellent craftsmanship. I had a jacket mended and three pants hemmed. I see others complaining about the price but you really get what you pay for. I couldn't tell the pants were hemmed, the stitching was flawless. The jacket is like new, they even reinforced the parts that had worn, I have no doubt it will last longer than it originally did. Service was ok once she felt you would give her business! Costed me over $100. for shorten one dress & dry clean (no price list)!! Fine, I have no choice cause I don't know better!!! The WORST is 'POOR JOB' !!!!Service: Alterations
