A big thank you to Neil for his excellent service. I contacted him and was able to take my laptop over almost immediately. An hour and a half later he was calling to say he was done - the problems were fixed! Neil was helpful and friendly and I will definitely be going to him with any future problems!

We had a crashed computer for our business that was causing a lot of trouble Neal was able to get us booked in immediately and had the computer fixed up and ready to go in just a few hours.

Neal did an outstanding job. My laptop did a total crash, all I had was a black screen. I found Brentwood Micro Computers on line on Sunday morning. I called, Neal answered and said “bring it over”. I left it with him. I received numerous texts as to what he was doing as well as a quote for repairs. Four hours later I picked up my working laptop. I have since received a text from Neal checking that everything is working. Service was above and beyond. Neal will definitely be the man to solve my problems. Thank you so much.
