It was Thom to the Rescue! My Silverado Diesel had been suffering from chronic battery problems.After excellent emergency service ,Thom did a thorough investigation and diagnosis.The batteries,recently placed, were defective .I took his paperwork to the former installers and they presented two new batteries -free with no questions asked. Thank you ,Thom for your professionalism and caring !

WOW, I'm beyond thankful that Thom came to assist me today. My vehicle had a torn / slashed tire issue (as I hit a metal object on Hwy 19, Northbound near Courtenay).
