Everyone from April at the front, Topher, & Rick at Diamond was absolutely fantastic! I recently had a hot tub installed on my property & everything about the experience was great. I cannot recommend enough.

I spent over 3 years researching and pricing out how to do a complicated fireplace retrofit. Several others gave me false information. Rick and his team are absolutely amazing! They had the best solution with confidence behind it. The installers did a 10-10 job and went the extra mile. In the Valley it's always a 50-50 chance somebody will show up when you book them and these guys showed up every single appointment. Thank you for the hard work and brilliant solution. Highly recommend them!

Our hot tub stopping working in sub zero temperatures and we called around and everyone was too busy to help us.Diamond Heating & Spas sent out a technician immediately to assist us.Normally spa dealerships prioritize the brands they sell, which is a problem for us as we already owned the hot tub and shipped it to our new home. This hot tub doesn’t have local support. I appreciated the fact that Diamond Heating & Spas had no issue helping us out under short notice.He found the initial problem quickly and resolved the problem.
