Just called to have an issue with baseboard heaters fixed and the guy I spoke with was HIGHLY rude and condescending.EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY AT ALL.

If you like chasing tradesman go ahead get this guy. I have a policy if a tradesman don't return my calls or I have to phone him back 2 or more times it's on to the next company who may appreciate my business .To me if they don't return calls as promised their unreliable and I want nothing to do with them.

I thought I should share this with people considering a furnace repair company. During our most resent snow storm my son had problems with furnace, a strong smell coming from the furnace. So bad that they had to shut it down because of it causing headaches and the fear of carbon monoxide poisoning. Phoned one company said they would come when the roads where good. 5 days later without heat, they never phoned or showed up. Others over the phone diagnosed cracked heat exchanger, hense a new furnace. Phoned Kent plumbing and heating, came over the next morning and installed a blower motor. $400.00 Later running great and heat in there home, and a young couple thats starting... read full review
