I would not recommend this company. I have had a terrible experience with them for the past 3 years. I purchased a property that they had worked on and installed the heating for. They were the only ones that knew how to work on this heating system because it was meant for a heated driveway, not to heat my home. Every winter the system fails, and I need to call them so they can rip off $500. This year, they ripped me off $1550 by taking out the driveway heating system that they originally installed! I have had 6 other heating experts look at it, and no one can figure it out except for the ones that installed it.
All in all, I’m out $2550, and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

They installed a Secondary pump after replacing the other one about 6 months ago. The pump was $200 and he was only here for an hour . They charged us $730. $500 for labor is extremely high. We will not use this company again.Service: Heating system repair

It is very disappointing that we have to send an email asking for a quote for a new furnace and even after 3 phone calls we did NOT receive a call or an estimate. If you are to busy, let us know right away and ok. ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE: And we did NOT ask for a quote over the phone, we sent all information needed for a basic quote via email (all other companies did give us a quote within 3 days, WITHOUT seeing the installation area) and we NEVER received a phone call!! Lying does not help your business! Shame on you.

Most impressed with the quick and comprehensive response from VanDiermen and Sons Heating and AC. Called them out to check into our hot water tank and after it was determined a new one was needed - Rob was quickly able to install a new one right there as he came prepared with one on the truck. Simple as that - quickly, reasonably priced and professionally installed.After the quick and clean installation - we were MOST impressed to receive a call the next morning saying that they had neglected to give a senior discount credit and would be applying that. We didn't even know it was due!Highly recommend Dustin, Rob and crew - running a top notch, professional and HONEST shop with good family values. Thank you!

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Chris came to check a gas leak before the purchase of my home and they got paid $340 to do a pressure test, soap test, and an electronic sniffer. They did not find a gas leak. I still smelled gas so I went in myself with an electronic sniffer and found the gas leak within 5 minutes. How does a trained tech not find it but I can? I spoke to Chris and he told me I would be paying if they had to come out and do test and fix it, but why should I pay when you couldn't find it in the first place. Called to speak with the manager, no manager was in so they told me he would call back the next day. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. Waste of money and time. Hired another company to come and fix it.

After having our AC stop functioning during a recent heat wave we called another company and was told that we needed a new air conditioner and that in total the cost would be about $8,000. I don't know anything about AC but I can read people and felt like I was being scammed. So, I called VanDiermen and Sons. Shayne called me right back and promptly came and assessed the problem, ordered the part, and came back and fixed the AC. Shayne said that the AC unit itself was in good condition. Cost was $800, not $8,000. Everything is now "cool". Would definitely use this company again!!!
