My husband and toddler went in to get their haircut (first time at this location), and they had Bell cut their hair. Bell was so great with my toddler as he was a little nervous and showed him all of the tools before using them on him. Bell was patient, kind, and did an amazing job on both of their cuts. We will definitely come back to this location. Thanks!

This time my son Logan got the fellow barber! He was the only man working but, he was fantastic. Very attentive and did exact hairstyle my son wanted, even he noticed how fast he was at doing hair. We were in and out in 15mins. Definitely recommending this fellow next time we come in!

I checked in around 9:00–9:30 AM EST, and the estimated wait time initially showed 1.5–1.45 hours. I continued monitoring the check-in time as it gradually decreased. When I left home, the remaining time showed 8–13 minutes. However, once I sat in my car, the time suddenly increased to 16–21 minutes. I called the store to clarify, and the staff member informed me they were occupied and could only book me for 1:00 PM. She mentioned that their system showed my time as 11:00 AM, even though the app does not display any fixed appointment time. Normally, I receive a call if I am close to missing my slot, but I did not receive any call today. She stated the store was busy and that she missed calling customers. I requested an adjustment since this situation was not due to my actions, but she refused and said that any app issues were not her responsibility. I was already very close to the store, so I went inside to explain that I had specifically come in based on the app’s timing and asked if they could accommodate me or if I can speak to any manager she said there is no manager here and this what it is.The female staff member at the front desk was extremely rude, told me not to argue, asked me to leave, and said not to come back again. I have been a regular customer at this location for over a year, visiting monthly, and have never experienced an issue like this before. There was a new female staff member at the reception today, and her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I just used to go there to see a specific barber not the rude receptionist who doesn’t understand scheduling and service level.
