Jesse was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain how the wasp treatment worked. We had been dealing with recurring wasp issues for a couple years using various DIY methods. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knows how the treatment works. I really appreciated his initiative and willingness to help and would gladly recommend him.

The Bug Man sent out Jesse to deal with the wasp nest in my shed, he was fast and professional. He killed the wasp problem entirely and i would definitely call him back for any future pest problems.

Great communication with the Bugman team as they provide a two-hour window of arrival and a text 15min prior to arrival. I had a wasps nest that Sue took care of promptly and efficiently. I've used the Bugman in the past (cockroaches-- truly a nightmare) and while I hope to not have any more pests, I'm grateful I have them to lean on in the future if needed!
