Contacted local Nutri-Lawn (Abbotsford) because of grub infestation. Purchased their recommended treatment. One month later situation worsened, no improvement. Still infested! I paid dearly for a treatment that was no benefit. Appeal to Nutrition-Lawn for compensation denied despite their claim “ Backed by Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee”.

They've changed their business model over the years and I do not recommend anymore. Theres a centralized office rather than the region/district offices where they took good care of their clients. Service team is poor and had a manager mansplain "nature's elements" to me. No thanks. Save your money and do it yourself or go local. They said 'sorry we have so many clients and gas is expensive, we're not able to give as good service like we did 5 years ago' Also said the poor results on the grass was because I didn't pick a better package.
