I get so many compliments on how cute my dog is. It's all them! They are honest and care about your pets, and they do a fantastic job. There was a day I had walked in and no one has noticed, and they were all singing to the dogs. It was amazing!

Hailey did an absolutely amazing job with my medium size, mixed dog, Haibee. She even added little bows! This whole process was amazing and I (and Haibee) cannot wait to return.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment booked, yet my dog was there for over 4 hours, which felt excessive especially since I noticed they also accept walk ins. My dog is small, so I’m not sure why it would take that long.
When I got him back, it was clear the job wasn’t done properly. His paw pads weren’t trimmed, some of his nails were completely missed, and the haircut itself was very choppy and uneven. They also shaved certain areas without telling me beforehand, which I was not okay with.
For the amount of time and money spent, I expected much better attention to detail and communication. It honestly felt rushed or careless despite the long wait. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a thorough, quality groom.

Amazing, friendly staff every time we visit! We’ve brought our Border Collie in for nail trims several times, and they always greet him by name, which makes such a difference. He can be a bit anxious, but the team handles him so calmly and confidently that you’d never know. We truly appreciate the care and kindness they show him each visit!
