A week ago, my husband and I visited the store to purchase a BBQ that was listed as in stock online. The website indicated that 13 units were available, but upon arrival, the staff couldn't locate any. This was quite disappointing and felt like a waste of time.
However, our experience was greatly improved thanks to Prianca, a supervisor in customer service with pink hair. Prianca was incredible! Despite handling four customers simultaneously during rush hour, she remained calm, efficient, and very pleasant. I was very impressed with Ajay in the Pro Department. I came by yesterday and he was able to come up with the creative, smart and inexpensive solution I needed. Hurray for Ajay!! Thank you!

I rented a steam cleaner from here which I never knew they had. It was easy to rent and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. If I ever need to rent one of these for my home or for my vehicle I will definitely come here again. I was able to rent the Bissell Green Machine but it's the commercial version so it's really strong and powerful.
