She worked hard to get us the product we wanted, and at a great price - and she even stayed 15 minutes past store closing to make sure everything was in order. Rica was very easy to deal with and communicated well throughout our installation. Chad and Dan were as helpful and accommodating as we could ask for. Flexible with their schedule and excellent installation work. We will be using them again for the rest of our carpet installs.
