The guys were on their scheduled time, performing the removal and replacement hot water system, extending the gas and coordinating with the electrician efficiently. Tech showed up right at 8 am and with in an hr the problem we had with our 3 year old Navian system that another company installed was fixed. It would sometimes take up to 5 min to get hot water to a faucet as the original company did not set up the Navian properly. The AZ tech diagnosed and set up out Navian properly with in the hr. We now have hot water at every faucet with in seconds.
