We recently purchased a new View motorhome from Fraserway Abbotsford, and the experience, from sales through service, has been excellent.
This was a major investment and the team made the entire process feel personal, attentive, and genuinely well cared for. The orientation was thorough and patient, the sales process was responsive and well managed, and the finance and warranty support went well beyond expectations. We also noticed the many small kindnesses along the way, which spoke volumes about the culture of the team.

Madi in Service worked tirelessly to try to get a workmanship issue covered by warranty going above and beyond her normal service advisor duties. She is the best. Sadly, Shadow Cruiser and its parent company Heartland RV, a subsidiary of Thor industries would not take responsibility for the workmanship issue on our trailer that I feel the 3 year structural warranty specifically stated should be covered. Fraserway RV did a great job repairing the issue, but I am out of pocket to have the defect repaired as the warranty claim was repeatedly denied. I would give Shadow Cruiser one star for not accepting responsibility for the workmanship defect.

We had a fantastic buying experience at fraserway rv. we love our 910DB adventurer camper and have so many adventures planned. thanks to the entire team at Fraserway RV for the help and getting us into our perfect camper:) It was also a a pleasure dealing with Jake and we believe we were one of his first sales.
