Very helpful and insightful information when I wanted to upgrade my laptop, and on top of that, when I came to pick it up, there was no hesitation in retrieving my laptop and it remained in the condition I dropped it off. Had my laptop serviced at Crackerz for a liquid metal repaste. The job was done quickly, but the laptop had trouble posting afterward. I know from experience this isn’t their fault, as similar cases exist online. What I appreciate is their transparency and willingness to troubleshoot rather than just writing it off as a bad motherboard (which they very well could have). They’re taking extra steps to find a solution, which speaks to their dedication!
If I could give more stars I would. Mike the technician is absolutely amazing. he knows what he's doing, his work is clean and proper. I had two very expensive pieces of equipment break down on me on separate occasions. Both times Mike was able to diagnose and fix em in same day within minutes. would highly recommend.
The service was good. The price phenomenal. Honest work.
