Ethan is incredible. He was very helpful, and gave us tons of deals! Dealing with Best Buy for phone plans is even better than when dealing direct with the phone companies themselves!

The people working around the store at this Best Buy were fabulous and super helpful! I would give a 5 star review for them, however my experience with The Geek Squad at this location was the opposite of great. I had a laptop that needed repairing. I took it in and they told me that I would need to pay a deposit that was over 100 dollars and that the money would go towards the cost of the repair and if they couldn't repair it then I would get the money back. That sounded fair so I sent the laptop in. However, they didn't have the parts to fix the computer so they sent it back and wouldn't give me my deposit back when it was an issue of them not having the product needed...read full review
