From the start (sending an email at 8:30 pm the night before), to the finish (paying the invoice), the transaction was smooth and easy. This was the ONLY plumber willing to get the job done quickly, without a surcharge (I reached out to 3). They arrived on time the next day and replaced the leaking interior/exterior pipes so we had water again (our external pipe had begun leaking). Lorne did a great job - secured pipes better then they were, installed a replacement regulator, copper pipes, valves, outer sheath and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the time he was here.
