I have not been in here in years but couldn't resist a Boxing Day deal. I had a hard time finding the cashiers because for some odd reason they have been moved to the back of the store instead of near the exit. ? It was not busy but I noticed another customer that appeared to be getting annoyed at the lack of understanding basic English from staff (they would keep communicating with each other first in Farsi instead of responding to me or other customer using English???) Lucky for me I had some small bills because they didn't even have any type of float or cash at tills or I would have been forced to use a debit card. No one at exit... read full review

Got the normal items. Store needs to be re-modeled and fixed to a current model and more thought out store with items in lot of spots Langley best buy has a better layout, update the store like Langley

Had a challenging situation with switching phone carriers and Raman patiently, professionally and very thoroughly took care of all that she could on her end. I am very grateful for the support and solutions to a long standing problem.
