Recently we were getting too high a expense for heating our house. We attended the fireplace store and spoke to I/C James who was very pleasant, showed as numerous fire places and could answer all our questions. He had excellent experience in this fireplace field and gave us great advise. He was not pushy or demanding in his conversation with us. His estimate for our house space was quite reasonable. James came over at right time and date and again gave us good advise and from his vast experience of installations. He measured and gave us advise on what fireplace would give us the best heat coverage. We appreciated James as he gave us our best dates for installation...read full review
We had to have a quick service done and this company more than did the job. Syl showed up at the end of his shift and fixed the issue up professionally and quickly. When he left, the system was operating better than it had in five years . (We had another company service the system , but that company did not get it working like Alpha did.)Highly recommended as a professional company.Thanks
