We had a really good experience with Frank Urbschat. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He was really friendly throughout the entire process helping us look for our new property. Even after our completion date, he's continued to go above and beyond with any questions we've had, even going out of his way to show us current photos of the property before we head out there for the weekend.

I'd recommend Frank to anyone looking to purchase a property or home in the area!

My husband was first to meet Brooke after contacting the reality team then having them appoint Brooke to be our agent. My husband went and saw a few places with her,he found her to be personalable and paitant,took him to properties he wanted to look at and wasnt pushy at all. I talked on the phone a few times with Brooke before meeting her for the first time when we got our keys in Sept 2024 and she was polite,listened to our concerns and answered any questions we had. 5 ⭐️ for Lyle Hatton. 1 ⭐️ for Dave MingoI recently purchased a house that was being sold through realtor Dave Mingo. I am quite unimpressed with his lack of professionalism and consideration. When I entered my new home upon possession my joy and excitement quickly turned to disappointment and dejection. The seller had not cleaned the house at all. Not a single cupboard, appliance or bathroom had been cleaned. As well as numerous items had simply been left in the house for me to dispose of.
