I called on a Saturday afternoon and was offered service promptly Sunday morning. The experience itself was quite raw. We brought our pet ourselves and unloaded his body directly into the cremation chamber. Not like leaving your pet at the vet. There's no sugar coating this sort of service, but Roy was kind and compassionate and cremains were ready the next day.
Excellent service from Roy soon after the unexpected loss of our cat. His reasonable fee included a beautiful wooden urn. He is a creative carpenter and makes them in his shop. We appreciated Roy's kindness and thoughtful customer service at such a sad time. I definitely recommend his business.
