Yuma Pet Hotel was able to take care of a friend’s dog when she was temporarily unable to care for him. I was working with them from many states away and they were fantastic with caring for him, understanding his needs, and extending the stay when needed. Truly a lifesaver in a tough situation.
Great Customer Service – Highly Recommend
I want to give a big thank you to David, the new owner of Yuma Pet Hotel and Resort in Yuma, Arizona.
When I first brought my dogs Lady III and Beethoven III in for dog daycare and a bath, there was a little confusion about my appointment. Since David just recently purchased the business, these things can happen during a transition.
What impressed me most was how he handled it.
David personally called me back, sincerely apologized, and made everything right. That kind of customer service and accountability is rare these days.

Amazing experience at Yuma Pet Hotel & Resort! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. My pitbull felt right at home and had no issues getting adjusted, which really gave me peace of mind.
The facility is clean, welcoming, and truly feels more like a resort than a kennel. I also loved that they have a groomer on site and take the time to ask whether you’d like your pet interacting with staff or socializing with other dogs — that level of personalization really stood out.
When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend Yuma Pet Hotel & Resort if you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family.… read full review
