The workouts are challenging but has let me discover how strong I am & how much more I can be! The nutrition information is accurate & well encouraged, Coach Ramee is one of the best!

If you need someone to push you a bit harder Ramee is the right guy for you, I have been try to motivate myself at home I haven’t been successfully so far. till I have him as my personal trainer I have lost 4 pounds and more stronger
