I have been trying to find a real Dermatologist in Yuma for some time. They all seem to have another office in another state and are never actually in Yuma but instead, have an "Assistant" minding the patients. This seems to be the case with Dr. Gross. he's never here. If he exists is another question. Many of the professionals in Yuma don't exist or, aren't here any longer. Anyway, I made the appointment with a referral from my primary doctor. The new office assistant didn't know anything. The forms were unbelievable. I've never seen anything like it. I signed one page about five times and everything was underlined in yellow because we're all children and can't read. The place was dirty. The rug looked like it had never been shampooed since installation. If a medical office isn't clean, I leave and so I did.

He never got within 8 ft of me! Stood at the door at his bedside table he used as a desk. He told my husband " I don't need to see your picture"!( My skin rash mostly was gone). He had a permanent mad face. He is not a happy person.It was a "new patient appointment" ! I had to ASK to have a "once over my skin!Don't go here!

My husband was referred to this clinic. I would have given zero stars, but not available. They are very antiquated. They have no computer system per their office manager. They scheduled my husband as a returning patient. Although he told him he had a referral as a new patient, when he arrived at the office, they argued with him that he had told them he was a returning patient which he did not. The office manager is the one that scheduled him and the one that argued with him at the front desk as well.She first said they didn’t see pts that early in the morning.
