Went in to get taxes done because she was recommended to me by someone I knew. I had 1 W2 form that's it, very simple no dependents. That's ridiculous, for anyone with complex forms I get it but they didn't even give me a warning beforehand, not competitive pricing whatsoever just that amount. Not returning, and I do NOT recommend.
