Great and comfortable facilities. The staff has been nothing but helpful, and the owners are amazing. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking where to start or continue their workout.

Great place to workout I love the fact that I can have my own space and feel comfortable no one judges me, workers are so nice and the owner too. The workers help me out if I need help too. Can't wait to try there protein shakes.???

I came to Yuma for work and was looking for a gym with a great environment and with all the equipment you need to accomplish any fitness goals. The Complex had that and more, great atmosphere and excellent equipment.
