My appointment was 3 hours long, but worth it! Karla is extremely professional, and asks many questions regarding your wishes and concerns about your hair's condition and how you wish your styling to be. She is very knowledgeable about your personal color and how your hair should complement your color and not work against one's actual color. The results were fantastic, and the time she spent with me well worth it . Karla is super friendly and enjoyable to chat with, and her studio and shampoo room are decorated specifically by her and are quite eye catching! I'm a satisfied client!5star

I've never got my hair done there, however, Chay does the most amazzing job with eyebrows!!! Before, they were just staright lines...and now they actually have some shape! Thank You Chay! (:
