Recent improvements in scheduling have reduced long wait times, with some visits being very speedy, such as one on Nov. 19. The staff, including front desk and billing personnel, are generally courteous and professional, although there have been some issues with insurance authorization protocols. Overall, patients enjoy a smooth experience when planning ahead for potential wait times.
The wait times at this office are awful. It’s a cattle call and way overbooked. 1:00 appointment and saw the doc for 5 minutes at about 4:00. I understand that emergencies happen but at every appointment? I think the doctor and staff are good but better time management and respect for the patients time is needed.
Its been 2 hours and I'm still waiting. So many appointments at the same time. Staff are nice but should warn guest that the wait time is long and keep them updated. Anyway I've had vision issues for a while and finally a doctor saw something and will run test. Maybe it'll be a dead end but I'm hopeful and appreciate his going the extra mile.
Great place. Clean. Nice staff. Very professional. They will listen to your concerns. Had two lense implants and a laser procedure. If you are having eye problems I highly recommend them.
