Recent improvements in scheduling have reduced long wait times, with some visits being very speedy, such as one on Nov. 19. The staff, including front desk and billing personnel, are generally courteous and professional, although there have been some issues with insurance authorization protocols. Overall, patients enjoy a smooth experience when planning ahead for potential wait times.
Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and follow up consultation. Dr. Fairley explained the test results in plan language and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this office to anyone with vision issues!
Overall, the employees at the eye center were very professional caring and helpful they guided me through the experience every step of the way. I felt like the eye doc himself was sooo busy he was rushing me and he came off less than compassionate and informative about my eye health compared to the standard of care the others gave. I can imagine he is overloaded with patients.
Excellent exam. Friendly staff. Problem was waiting 1-1/2 hrs for 2 separate parts of it. Each part took less than 5 minutes to administer. Was in clinic over 2-1/2 hrs. And, most of that time was waiting. So, extremely overbooked. Dr is friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions.
