Southwestern Eye Center offers a variety of optometry and ophthalmology services provided by a team of experienced professionals. Patients consistently appreciate the friendly staff and efficient service, even though they sometimes experience lengthy waits in the waiting room due to high patient volume. The doctors, including Dr. Wallmann and Dr. Donaldson, are highly praised for their excellent care and attention to patients' needs. Recent improvements in scheduling have reduced long wait times, with some visits being very speedy, such as one on Nov. 19. The staff, including front desk and billing personnel, are generally courteous and professional, although there have been some issues with insurance authorization protocols. Overall, patients enjoy a smooth experience when planning ahead for potential wait times.
Great place. Clean. Nice staff. Very professional. They will listen to your concerns. Had two lense implants and a laser procedure. If you are having eye problems I highly recommend them.
I'm from a real small community in Northern Wisconsin, so I'm not use to the long wait from the shear volume of patients, hopefully not from over booking, but felt the entire staff that handled my visit were very professional and learned alot from the doctor. The wait time process should be addressed.
The staff & Dr. Donaldson were very friendly & efficient. However, I thought I had explained everything & had my records sent from my retinal specialist at home in mid-December so they knew the shots I had been getting on a regular basis. After all the exams & having my eyes dilated & numbed, they said they didn't have the medicine I needed & I would have to come back in 2 weeks & start over. I think they might have reviewed my records & re-scheduled me.
