Regina Villanueva Mendez is hands-down, the absolute best! I had the privilege of working with Regina on a file in which I was the primary loan officer. She not only negotiated a fabulous deal for her clients, but went above and beyond in assisting them during the mortgage process. She and her husband provided transportation for her clients when documents needed to be signed, uploaded supporting statements to our internal server, and was always available for a call or text with a smile! Truly a gem in the real estate industry!
