This place is extremely overpriced. They charge you $15 extra for just about anything that a normal salon would not charge for for example I tried to get cat eye or like a shimmer which was already pre-done and a color they offered in the gel section and they told me on top of the $15 extra for gel. It would be another $15 extra for that specific gel work is very mediocre. Honestly, I would never go back. Decently clean though.
I was 2 hours into a pedi when they finally started painting my nails. I didn’t get the mask, the massage, the hot stones or hot towels. They had to ask someone else to paint my nails because the guy couldn’t. Even then the paint looks horrible. I asked him not to cut my nails short and he did anyway. I asked for a discount since I didn’t get the full service and my nails look horrible. They only would give me $10 off. They do have the best massage chairs in Yuma and I may have just gotten a bad tech so I’m giving them 3 stars. Had they cared and made it right with a better discount, I would’ve given them another chance and waited on the review but they didn’t...read full review
