Had my AC maintenance done by Polar cooling and it went super smooth. Had my appointment scheduled easily and was even able to get it done sooner than my appointment which I appreciated. Paid 75$ for the tune-up and cleaning and they were done fairly quick. Definitely calling them again and highly recommend.
Victor and Gabe are both great! The made sure to educate us about the units and the specific equipment they were replacing and why! You both are doing great things for the community and we appreciate your sacrifices! I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars if i could
If I could give them 1000 stars I would . I had techs out to service my heat pump in December, same day service, excellent service, they left me filters for a year. Very reasonable. This evening 7/5/25 my thermostat went out, it was after hours, within 30 minutes a very nice tech Victor Martinez called me let me know he was on his way. WOW, once again he fixed the issue and even checked the heat pump. No charge, he replaced the batteries in the thermostat. Victor was So very kind, I am a widow and senior and so appreciate the service. Victor checked everything out to make sure the system was working properly.
