The new AC unit (5 Ton Rheem) was delivered and installed today by Polar Cooling.I made the arrangements through Manny. He is their sales Rep for this area. Setting up the sale and getting things settled went well.The installation was set up for August 9. The tech guys (Noel and Mario) arrived at 8 AM. Both were very professional and did a great job with install of AC and New Air Handler. I requested they run Copper line from Power Box to unit. We agreed they would do that using Conduit to house the copper line. There were other specific requests that were all met. In 2016 I needed to have my A/C serviced, new to the area I asked a lifetime resident who to call. He suggested Polar. I'm glad he did. Polar came out serviced my A/C. The service techs are professional, knowledgeable and nice. I usually have lots of questions that they always answer patiently, and they even change my 3 filters if needed. Last summer my A/C didn't cool as well as it has been. I have an older unit and instead of repairing it, I decided to buy a new heat pump. Polar service tech, '******' answered all my questions, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I currently have a 4 ton unit, using my sq.footage and 10' ceilings, I could use either a 4 or 5 ton...read full review
