Residential HVAC unit (24 years old) failed in Arizona summer. POLAR Cooling immediately dispatched tech Andy to investigate, who found cracked freon line at compression fitting. Attempted weld, but failed. Recommended new unit, offering other options with honest and frank opinion. Requested a new similar HVAC unit, which tech arranged in 2 days. Polar sent out Mario and crew promptly in the morning and completed installation before noon. Again, Mario was helpful and respectful of the property. I highly recommend Polar Cooling for your ac issues - they will not disappoint!
Love Polar Cooling! My A/C went out late evening. I called hoping to get an answering service so they could contact me in the a.m. but know they came out at 9 pm and got it going again. They explained it was on its last leg and couldn't guarantee how long the fix would last. -well it lasted 3 days. I called again and told them to put in a new unit. It was in the next morning. What GREAT service. Thanks, Polar guys!
At first our system needed repair, however it failed again.
The first service call was after hours and on a Saturday....
The system failed again on the following Sunday. Manny came out and pretty much pronounced our system dead. The very next morning there was a crew with a new unit ready for install. Within about six hours everything was tighten up and cooling the house down. The Install crew was awesome and very efficient.
If you need HVAC work done I recommend Polar Cooling.
