This was my first time ever dealing with ONEMAIN FINANCIAL. The process was effortless. ALEJANDRA PARRA explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. I'[m sure everyone there does a great job with customer service, but if you get the chance, go see Alex Parra...she was great!
Accurate and smooth process. They follow up with you over the phone and when I got to the branch my paperwork was ready to sign. Very happy with the service offered by Kenia at the Yuma office.
