I must admit, their quality in frames and lenses have impressed me this last visit. Finally, no scratched lenses after only 3 months. I love my new glasses and the lenses have held up. Great job Nationwide, I'm a returning customer. The eye exam doctor on 32nd is great, thorough exam, not rushed.

Thru no fault of their own, staff is not familiar handling Medicare recipients that just had cataract eye removal, and the procedures. They are a Medicare provider, I verified, but didn’t want to help me because my Medicare card read “Railroad” and said they were not providers of that kind of Medicare, they were nice about it. I ended up at Walmart, who is not a provider, paid $551.00, will submit to my insurance for reimbursement. I needed my glasses! Too bad.

I been going here for years never had any problems. This past visit they even remembered my name. Made me feel welcomed,considering how many customers they deal with. Daniela and Joseph. Are awesome thanks again.
