We had such a great experience with Erik, the office manager! He was extremely professional, friendly, and patient with us. He answered every question my husband and I had and thoroughly explained everything so we felt comfortable and understood what we were choosing.
He even took the time to help us estimate a payment plan beforehand so we could make sure it would work for us financially before moving forward, which we really appreciated. He was also so kind and friendly with our kids, which made the whole experience even better.

My experience at Nationwide Vision in Yuma, AZ on 32nd Street to put it politely was mundane until I was introduced to an associate named Eric. That's when the magic happened! Eric has such a remarkable personality and his customer service is 2nd to NONE! He treated me with patience, dignity, and most importantly he treated me with exceptional care. All of which you shouldn't expect if you encounter Liliana during your visit. I will end by saying Eric has earned my business for life in any endeavor he is working in. That's how magical he really is.
