Shawn answered all my questions quickly. I was able to take him 10 knives to sharpen for me. Carbon steel, Damascus steel and stainless. Shawn was versed in the different angles for the different makers and BOY HOWDY, did he put an edge on them!!! One of my Shun's had some definite pits or chips, which Shawn was able to remove in the sharpening process. When needed I will definitely be using g his services again!!! Thanx Shawn!!!

Sharpest my knives have EVER been. Was able to cut a tomato paper thin. I was hesitant to get them sharpened because I usually do them myself, but ABSOLUTELY worth going tonhim from now on! Thank you Knife Sharp
