Our AC went out at 11:30 Saturday night. We started calling AC repair companies at 6:00 Sunday and Hansberger was the first to respond within a very reasonable period of time. I told the others that we already had someone working on it but thanks for calling back.

We recently purchased a home in June, and have been having trouble getting cold air to all of the house. Our master bedroom and kitchen were not getting a 1/5 of the air pressure the rest of the home was getting. After an initial inspection, Mike came back and explained how the unit was not getting enough air to circulate through the home. So he came up with a game plan and got to work. During the repairs a serious prior install error was found and fixed. The drain from the unit to the septic was not properly installed and was sucking back up the septic gas. These guys are really great when you have a small change of plans in a HVAC installation. I needed to make room for some plumbing upgrades and instead of delaying the plumber, Hansberger saved the day by shortly responding with a service visit. It was over 110. I don't know how they do it with a smile.
