In hindsight, I would have chosen independent realtor rather than using the listing agent as my realtor.

I work as a structural steel inspector and am a Veteran. I was looking to relocate since I figured it would be a VA community since it’s near a base and the home’s convenient access to I-95 and I-8 makes it efficient for my work lifestyle. Although I am not a residential inspector, this is what I personally noticed while inspecting a home I was under contract to purchase. The home was under construction and had lost its original contract with the original home owner; the price seemed good so I decided I would try to finish a home that was in the middle of construction.

I understand listening to music while working but do they HAVE to blast it at 6 am???? Constantly walking in our yard as well and parking directly in front of our house. Not to mention the nails, trash and everything they leave on all our yards nd street.

Horrible quality, save yourself the headache and find a different builder. They do no quality control and take no accountability. I have had cracked tile floors for over 24 months now after buying this house brand new. They sent someone out like 4 times and then once the warranty was done they wouldn't fix it anymore.
