Just moved to Yuma from Michigan. So far the only issue I have is the fact that we are charged a service fee to pay online. Cost more than service fee to drive to pay it. Where's the convenience?

After years of dealing with a Democrat run city water & sewer department it was a pleasure to move to the Foothills 36 years ago.I’ve had several properties and the service by far west has always been outstanding.Payment is so easy just write your check attach the bill and drop it in the drop slot at their office.Their rudeness of some of the customers is unbelievable if these rude people want to be treated like Hollywood stars go to Hollywood and quit belittling our good local services.I have had properties in three different states and the service was never as good as we have here and I guess theses unhappy people should move back home.

We moved here in Dec 2018. We are full time residents and we've never had problems with Far West. They offer a service and as property owners we pay for said service, just as with every utility we need. I used to work for a water & sewer co in Lake Arrowhead CA trust me, give the customer service reps a break. Its not easy dealing with the general public, and they are "employees" they don't make the rules but they must follow/inforce them. Just sayin.
