I knew as soon as he spoke, he could NOT help me. However, he could have at least reviewed my MRI with me. I wasn't pleased with the way he talked to me, and my husband and I found him demeaning. He had me walk a couple steps in a tiny exam room, to observe my gait, which was inaccurate. We drove an hour and a half and still wondering why I went to see him. I am not a surgery candidate, and after all he is a surgeon looking for candidates.
1st time visit, problems with my lower back. Dr. Stated I do need back surgery.
The office staff was very professional, got my xrays done right away. I think they forgot I was there after 30 mins; but all was taken care of in the end. Lol. Tough decision to make, need my support peeps with me.
Dr Hermenau, thank you very much, for take away my miserable nerve pain and fix my lower back, there’s no words I can express, God bless you for what you do , my surgery results amazing is been a week and I feel great, thanks to the staff at your office specially Maria , great team !!!!Blessings for all you guys ???
