“On November 4th I shared my review of Roto Rooter in Yuma. In that review I was disappointed in them for not responding when they should have to providing me a report that was promised in two day and over a week later I hadn't received it. I am happy to say that they were very concerned and apologized for the delay in providing me the report I was promised. They contacted my Insurance company and provided them with everything they asked for and have continuously contacted me to be sure I didn't need any additional information for my insurance claim. I am happy to say, that when problems do arise and they will from time to time. Roto Rooter of Yuma is ready to step up and help in any way they can. IMO it is hard to find a business that will do anything for you after they have been paid.“
