Checked in at 13:30 for a Kroger load and its now 23:04 and not even started yet. The flip flop and towel mafia stay in the way and the workers here are always in slow motion. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

I got here at 9 AM and it’s now 10:45 PM with no door assignment yet. Friendly staff, but this location is one of the worse places to pickup a load from because of their inefficient management.

TRUST THE REVIEWS LOL, checked in at 07:58 am for a (Kroger load) 16 pallets on a Saturday. Shipper said the load might not be ready until Sunday “if you’re lucky maybe Saturday night around 9-10 pm” owner operators make sure you have a rate confirmation saying your gonna get detention/layover pay before booking load to pick up here.
