Today I was called by some of our employees letting us know that the restrooms at our gym had been overflowing. I immediately called John and his crew and they did not hesitate to show up. Within minutes, his guys arrived and cleared out the main sewage line and it took no more than half hour to get it done. They even cleaned up and left no mess behind! Thank you guys for being so efficient. 100% recommend!
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JOHN AND TOMS LEVEL OF SERVICE,THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE QUOTED WINDOW TIME OF HE APPT, WERE VERY POLITE , KNOWLEDGABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. I NEEDED AN NEW A/C SYSTEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM THE VERY NEXT DAY !!! THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP ME WITH A HOUSEHOLD REPAIR THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE VALUE OF THE NEW SYSTEM OR WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE INCLUDED.
