I have called for three days. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone there hours are at like they leave at four on certain days. Their lunch hours the only time I can get an answering service otherwise the phone just rings and rings and rings and you cannot get a hold of anybody. I need to reschedule my appointment and I can’t and if you don’t have an appointment on the books, they don’t refill your medication so it’s really ridiculous! Not to mention that I paid a co-pay sat in their office waited got taken back waited for 45 minutes and then left because I had to go. Once I get in there all is good. If they don't call me then I can't talk to anyone. I call them over 20 times and each time after it rings some, then it hangs up. Terrible customer service.
I just got off the phone with the absolute nicest young lady by the name of Pearl. My mother is a patient of Doris Yoder, and I had some information to relay. Pearl was so patient and kind with me as I gave (in lengthy detail) what message I'd like to leave. She took copious notes, read everything back to me, and wished me a good day. I thanked her for being so awesome, and promised I'd leave the best review possible. (ABC is, by itself, an amazing facility with exceptional doctors. Definitely 5-star worthy. But this particular review is for and about Pearl.) Thank you and God bless.
