Ryan Price is fantastic!!! My daughter loved him. He is very patient with children and listens to every question you may have. The office staff however are horrible! No one ever answers the phone. I have called multiple time throughout the day and it is either busy or they put you on hold. They have an answering service that takes calls during lunch, but they are unable to take messages or do anything to assist you; voicmail could do more...

the office ladies need a fxcking reality check and some fxcking manners. I spent 30 minutes on hold till their machine hung up on me. Then called back to be out on hold again. There was 15 minutes till they went to lunch and I made the lady stay on the phone after spending 15 second arguing. This happens every month and their excuse is it’s busy. All summer and winter. Every time I call. If it’s that busy in the office hire more people. They can afford it as it’s the only place in Yuma, so can fxcking afford it. Very bad customer service, every single time you try to get a hold of them they always put you on hold for five minutes or more. Last time I went, there was one of the girls eating chips and she was touching all the paperwork with her dirty hands.
