If you're planning to pick up items, it is perfect. If you expect items to get delivered to your home, then probably not the best option. In the end, you will get your items just not the way expected ( my personal experience).Plus: Best price in town for lumber and offers 10% off for military/first responders.

I've had a wonderful experience with Isaac at 84 lumber. He was professional and helped me get all my lumber, trusses and supplies for a guest house I had built. I'm very impressed with the speed of delivery and them being on top of things. Thank you Isaac and 84 lumber.

I rather not say much. Only that the lumber I ordered was not delivered the promised day and set us back on our back patio roof project... quite disappointing. Finally, day later my lumber order came in and more disappointment: the wood looks like 2nd hand, chipped, cracked, you name it. I will never by wood again without seeing what I'm buying. 84 lumber has low prices but very low quality as well.
