they go under different addresses and phone #s in Sun City, chandler and youngtown. SUN CITY ROOFING. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NO SHOWS, DOESNT DO THE WORK, LIES, only responds when his license is threatened. the only reason Watson took any action and still lied because his license is impacted. when you go on the ROC site, complaints dont stay there, they are deleted, so you cant see how many complaint a business has had. i cannot post the entire experience; not enuf room here. i had to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau, he didnt reply then a complaint to the ROC who can cancel your license. This was from 2/16/24 thru JUNE 2024 and my property was for sale, had to take off the market OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL, DOESNT KEEP A CALENDAR. MULTIPLE times no show and no work done He called to do work on thursday 3/8. on 3/8 TRUCK PULLED UP TO POWER WASH Roof 3/9 8 am saturday 2 guys came left around 2pm this was supposed to be the roof repair 3/12 tuesday George Watson came for payment iao $4500 3/15/16/17 rained 3 days saturday sunday monday original leak over nightstand got bigger plus 5 other spots on ceiling and another seam opened on opposite side(drivers side) in garage ceiling 4 FEET AWAY. I REALIZED THEY HAD NOT REALLY REPAIRED MY ROOF AS I PAID FOR. MY GARAGE CEILING COLLAPSED AND I PAID ADDITIONAL $950 TO REPAIR IT. MY NEIGHBOR GOT ON THE ROOF AND VIDEOED THE ROOF, BASICALLY WAS PAINTED WITH A SUBSTANCE THAT DIDNT DO MUCH. 3/19 548 tuesday i texted mr watson "havent heard from you i need a date someone is coming here 2 look at the leaks' THE REPLY WAS " TOMORROW MORNING" 3/20 WAS A NO SHOW, I TEXTED HIM, HE SAID HE FORGOT HE HAD A ROC REVIEW ON ANOTHER PROJECT WHO FILED A COMPLAINT. He contacted my realtor, then immediately called me. said he was going to Home Depot to get a product for the repair. 3/21 829 9am thursday texted him as a reminder. "you have a commitment 2 day at my property-reminder" 3/21 121 pm my realtor DH spoke to george Watson and told me what he is going to do and told me he will call me. he called and said roof would be COMPLETED on Monday 3/25. 3/25 850 am person came to POWERWASH roof, NOT repair it. 957 am powerwasher left . I TOOK VIDEO 3/26 NO ONE came to repair roof. i have an exposed roof. i filed a complaint with ROC. 4/4 my neighbor went on roof, gave me a piece of filmlike gooey substance that was sprayed on roof. water puddling on roof, white colored water foamy was coming off roof, breeding mosquitos, which came in the garage while dry waller was working to repair garage MR Watson agreed to come out and didnt. i texted, he called me back said he forgot (3rd time no calendar, unprofessional, shouldnt be in business). cannot leave where he is bc another ROC complaint was being evaluated. 5/6 tuesday 1015 am george watson will fix by this weekend. will do entire garage. 1130 long gone. they power washed not repaired 5/8 thursday worker didnt appear to know about bedroom ceiling. will be done by noon will be back friday. cost to replace and repair garage ceiling was an ADDITIONAL $950. still have white marks on my car from dry wall. ROC complaint letter scheduled 5/1/24 he asked if it leaked again. it hadnt rained. may do a water test on next visit. ROC letter sent to watson to repair by 6/1/24 ROC appointment on 6/7. Watson waiting outside for ROC Mike. Were out there more than 5 minutes. mike said he was confident issue resolved, didnt go on roof, didnt do water test. HUH? what changed or was "exchanged"? Watson complained to ROC MIKE that he and I were butting heads. well whose fault is that when you dont keep your commitments? Mike asked watson what is his suggestion to resolve bedroom ceiling. watson offered to paint entire ceiling, would contact me for appointment I received letter from ROC saying it was closed out and that I Painted ceiling. incorrect, i emailed him saying i didnt paint the ceiling, the directive was for mr watson to do it, please dont close it out. never heard from him again, so ROC dropped the ball or had a different option

Avoid this company. I have a warranty issue and can't get a return call. When you call, even during normal business hours, the call goes to an answering service and then they send a message to the company. 4 calls, no response. Horrible.

Quit leaving marketing postcards flying around my yard. I do not litter on your lawn. Please have the same courtesy. Maybe attempt real marketing, where people who actually need your service find you via the internet. I do not appreciate having to pick up your postcards.
